MK 105 Main

Is the main master detergent used for C.I.P. cleaning. MK 105 MAIN is a highly alkaline solution that easily washes by softening fats and solubilizing other impurities making them easier to remove. It is a non-foaming detergent making it ideal for washing milk processing plants, bottling, food, and other beverage processing industries where it is not possible to dismantle process equipments and pipe work.

DIRECTION FOR USE

MK 105 MAIN Liquid is used at 1.8% w/w to give 1.5% – 2.0% w/w as Sodium.
Hydroxide at temperatures ranging from 60-80. This depends on the soil type.

HANDLING & STORAGE

• Eye and skin contact should be avoided by good industrial hygiene practices.
• Wear appropriate protective clothing.
• Do not eat or smoke while handling the product.
• Store in the original container, tightly closed when not in use.
